Harris touts new economic plans in first major policy speech as Democratic nominee
In her first major policy speech as the Democratic nominee for president, Vice President Kamala Harris promised to "make it a top priority to bring down costs" if elected president. She also touted her new plans to tackle food and housing costs, slash prescription drug prices and expand the child tax credit. NBC News' Gabe Gutierrez reports from the campaign trail in Raleigh, North Carolina.
