Harvey Weinstein facing new sex crime charge

Former movie producer Harvey Weinstein was in court today, charged with a criminal sexual act in the first degree for allegedly assaulting a woman in a New York hotel in 2006. The 72-year-old pleaded not guilty. He will also be retried for two other charges, after his 2020 conviction was overturned. NBC News' Anne Thompson reports.
