When new tariffs are going into effect

Tomorrow it’s 25% on auto imports, later this week is the 10% tariff on nearly all imports, and then next week, the President’s new “reciprocal tariffs” at substantially higher rates on select nations begin. NBC News’ Christine Romans reports on how markets are reacting.
