Stocking up before tariffs impact prices

From cars to coffee beans, across the country people and businesses are rushing to make major purchases they were considering or stocking up on staples, trying to lock in prices before tariffs have an effect. NBC News’ Erin McLaughlin reports on the rush to buy now or risk paying more later.
