Video appears to show Nevada vet kicking horse he was caring for

A Nevada veterinarian appears to be kicking a horse that he was supposed to be caring for in a viral video. Shawna Gonzalez, the ranch owner, says the horse is recovering from his injuries at a medical center. NBC News' Steve Patterson has more on the investigation.
