Plane with at least 6 House members clipped by another jet at Reagan National

The FAA is investigating another incident at Washington’s Reagan National Airport after two planes clipped wings on a taxiway. Six members of Congress were on board. This comes just two months after 67 people died in a mid-air collision. NBC News’ Tom Costello reports tonight from Reagan National.
