Wild video shows arrest after police say couple kidnapped in U-Haul

Police say a couple is recovering tonight after being locked in the back of a U-Haul against their will and taken on a police chase through the streets of Santa Fe. NBC News’ Steve Patterson spoke to the officers who finally put a stop to the driver.
