Family warns about maternal health crisis among Black women

As the maternal mortality rate continues to rise among Black women in the U.S., one family is turning the tragedy of losing a loved one to inform and protect future mothers. According to the CDC, Black women are more than three times as likely to die during childbirth compared to white women.
