Judge rules on evidence in Bryan Kohberger Trial

The judge presiding over Idaho vs. Bryan Kohberger handed down evidentiary rulings today. A surviving roommate will be allowed to testify she saw “a masked man with bushy eyebrows.” Kohberger’s defense will not be able to mention his autism diagnosis unless he takes the stand.
