Man Trapped in House During Flood Saved by Drone Operator

See drone footage of Chris Williams being rescued from his home. William’s twin brother spotted his home in footage published to social media by drone operator Quavas Hart. After learning Williams was trapped in his house, Hart flagged down a FEMA rescue crew and they were able to rescue Williams and his dog.
