Trump: ‘Inner-Cities’ Need Change, Cites NYC Police Shootings

The Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump appealed to black and Hispanic voters during his speech in Wilmington, Ohio, saying he would bring jobs and safety to inner cities and cited the recent shooting of two police officers in New York Friday.
