US Official on Humanitarian Situation in Syria: Flood of Refugees 'Unacceptable'

Speaking at a House foreign affairs committee, Brett McGurk, the top State Department official coordinating the effort against ISIS says that military moves by the Assad regime have created a flood of refugees that is “unacceptable.”
