Obama: Ratification of Paris Climate Agreement is ‘Historic Day’

President Barack Obama spoke in the Rose Garden Wednesday, calling it an “historic day,” in the fight against climate change with the ratification of the Paris Climate Agreement. He said the agreement will help “delay or avoid some of the worst consequences of climate change.”
