Who is Sean Michael? An Adoption Mystery: Part 3, Sealed Records

There could be a key to unlocking the mystery of Sean, but he can’t get to it. He suspects his original birth certificate includes the names of his birth mother and father; however, because of laws that date back to a time when adoption was shrouded in secrecy, and states wanted to protect adoptive parents from the interference of birth parents, he’s been denied access. But Sean believes it’s his civil right to have access to his birth certificate — and many other adult adoptees feel the same way.
