Scalise Colleague: Game Must Go On, But We Need to Improve Discourse

Fellow Louisiana Rep. Cedric Richmond says America can't give in to terrorism of any sort and that's why Thursday's Congressional Baseball Game is going on but he also shared his opinions and concerns about the increasingly nasty political rhetoric that some say led to the Scalise shooting.
