Houston police: Woman found with missing baby was faking pregnancy to loved ones

A Houston baby was found safe after her mother was found dead in her apartment on Tuesday. A Texas woman, who officials say recently had a miscarriage, has been charged with capitol murder and taking the baby girl. Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo described the investigation's findings in a press conference.
