Senate Intel Chair: Trump-Russia Collusion Question ‘Remains Open’

Senator Richard Burr, chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, delivered an update on the inquiry into Russian interference in the 2016 election. Burr also added the committee has "hit a wall" in its attempts to interview Christopher Steele, the former British intelligence officer and author of a controversial dossier on President Trump.
