Hawaii officials detail staff changes following missile false alarm incident

Following a preliminary report by the FCC on the Hawaii missile false alarm that occurred in January, officials met with reporters on Tuesday to detail what changes have been made. State Adjutant General Maj. Gen. Joe Logan said in a news conference that one staffer resigned before disciplinary action was taken, and another employee has been suspended without pay.
