‘I Can’t Breathe’: Video Shows Man Begging For Help Before He Died In Jail

Michael Sabbie was found dead on July 22, 2015, inside his cell at the Bi-State Jail in Texarkana, Arkansas, following an incident with several officers. Now, his family is suing the city of Texarkana, Bowie County in Texas, the privately-owned jail and employees of the facility.
