U.S. Surgeon General reveals plans to put an end to the opioid epidemic

In his first televised interview since taking office, Surgeon General Jerome Adams tells NBC News Medical Correspondent Dr. John Torres that he wants to get Naloxone, a medicine that reverses opioid overdoses, "in the hands of more people, and help folks understand that it can save lives."
