Republicans Open Door to ‘Bump Stop’ Regulation

With the NRA coming fourth in support of stricter bump stop rules, Pres. Trump’s vote for new regulations -- which Press Sec. Sanders today said he’d “certainly [be] open to” -- might be enough to get congress to ban the devices which allow guns to fire rapidly.
