As House chaplain returns, Ryan says the two ‘had a good meeting this morning’

House Chaplain Father Patrick Conroy delivered the opening prayer on the House floor on Monday, following the rescinding of his resignation last week. House Speaker Paul Ryan told reporters Tuesday, “We are going to keep talking and I feel good about where things are.”
