Speaker Ryan opposes GOP effort to force immigration vote

On the immigration discharge petition filed by three moderate House Republicans, House Speaker Paul Ryan reiterated that he wants to find a bill that will get a presidential signature rather than “going down a path and having some kind of a spectacle on the floor that just results in a veto.”
