Pruitt addresses controversial phone booth purchase at Senate hearing

EPA Administrator told a Senate committee Wednesday that, while he wouldn’t repeat certain decisions made over the past year and a half, some of the recent criticisms against him are “unfounded” and “exaggerated.” Pruitt also claimed that notification and approval processes “were not properly instituted to prevent certain abuses.”
