Congressional candidate Katie Arrington injured in fatal crash

South Carolina congressional candidate Katie Arrington was injured in a fatal car crash that killed the driver of the vehicle that hit her. Arrington is recovering and was in the car with her friend when the collision occurred. Sanford recently defeated U.S. Representative Mark Sanford in the S.C. Republican primary.
