Jet Blue plane surrounded by police after pilot accidentally signals hijacking

Before a Los Angeles-bound flight took off from New York on Tuesday, a pilot tried to contact the tower due to radio problems, but accidentally triggered a hijacking alert. The plane was swarmed by heavily-armed police within minutes.
