Boise police chief tears up describing stabbing attack

Boise police gave grim details of a stabbing that occurred at an apartment complex. Police Chief Bill Bones became visibly emotional while revealing that the suspect attacked a 3-year-old’s birthday party, seriously injuring six children and nine adults.
