Mandalay Bay owner sues Las Vegas shooting victims

The casino owner doesn’t seek money, but wants the victims’ lawsuits thrown out by the federal court, citing protection under the 2002 Safety Act, which shields a company in the events of a terrorist attack if the business relied on security measures certified by the Department of Homeland Security.
