Uber driver fatally shoots man, family outraged police calling it ‘classic stand your ground case’

Authorities say 34-year-old Jason Boek pursued Florida Uber driver Robert Westlake, thinking his girlfriend was in the car, and threatened him. Westlake shot and killed Boek in what police are calling a “classic stand your ground case.” But Boek’s family is angry with that conclusion.
