Watch Texas mom with baby in high speed chase with police

Authorities in Texas released a video of a high speed chase in June of a mother trying to flee with a baby before crashing her car. In an attempt to elude the police, she also tried to carjack another vehicle while carrying her baby in an infant carrier.
