Nonprofit gives backpacks full of hope to children in foster care

The journey from home to home is often made more difficult when the kids have to carry their belongings in a trash bag. Rob Scheer, a former foster child himself, started Comfort Cases to give kids a backpack full of everything they need and another bag for their belongings, a sign that someone cares.
