Two flights land in Philadelphia with multiple sick passengers

Twelve passengers, who had all taken off from Mecca, Saudi Arabia, before catching connecting flights to the U.S., complained of flu-like symptoms. This follows a similar incident at JFK on Wednesday, where 19 people experienced some form of illness.
