Dallas officer who fatally shot neighbor arrested on suspicion of manslaughter

Police officer Amber Guyger was arrested Sunday, three days after the shooting took place. Investigators say after working a shift last week, she mistakenly tried to enter her neighbor’s home, shooting the 26-year-old in his own home.
