Cardinal Dolan announces independent review of sex abuse response

Cardinal Timothy Dolan has appointed retired Judge Barbara Jones to independently review the handling of sex abuse claims by the Archdiocese of New York after the recent string of revelations involving pedophile priests, which Dolan referred to as "the summer of hell."
