Officials say courthouse immigration arrests hamper their ability to prosecute crimes

Our NBC News Investigation found officials in cities across the U.S. criticizing immigration arrests in courthouses. They claim it makes victims and witnesses who are undocumented afraid of being arrested when they come to court to testify. This investigation was done in conjunction with the non-profit news organization The Marshall Project.
