Two young children killed in hot car incidents in Florida

A mother is facing negligent manslaughter charges after leaving her 1-year-old daughter in a hot car all day after she forgot to drop her off at daycare. In a separate incident, a four-year-old boy was found locked in a hot car as temperatures outside were above 90 degrees.
