Parisian chef on a mission to save city’s famous bistros from big chains

Chef Alain Fontaine, who has spent his life working in the bistro business, says the iconic Parisian restaurants are in danger from major chains. To fight back, he’s leading a campaign to get the city’s bistros protected status from the United Nations.
