Dashcam video shows Orange County deputy repeatedly punching intoxicated man

California Sheriff Michael Devitt is shown pummeling Mohamed Sayem after asking for his identification. Devitt claims Sayem refused to cooperate and “attempted to physically engage the deputy first. Sayem is charged with a felony of resisting arrest.
