Family files civil rights lawsuit over police shooting death of armed security guard

The family of Jemel Robeson, a security guard at a lounge outside Chicago, has filed a civil rights lawsuit against the Midlothian Police Department and an unnamed officer who shot and killed the 26-year-old early Sunday morning.
