President of U.S. bishops hopes vote delay improves sex scandal response

After the Vatican requested a vote delay on the U.S. Church response to the sexual abuse crisis, the president of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops , Cardinal Daniel DiNardo, said he is hopeful this delay will improve the Church's response overall.
