Dow plunges 552 points, Nasdaq off five percent

The White House is dismissing talk of a potential economic slowdown despite the stock market slide, with President Trump saying today: ”Our unemployment is at an all-time low. You look at all of the different statistic[s], I think the tech stocks have some problems but they’ll come back.”
