Voter fraud allegations grow in 9th district

Accusations of election voter fraud in the 9th district continue to grow after the North Carolina State Board of Elections decided not to certify the initial results between Republican Mark Harris and Democrat Dan McCready. At the center of the allegations is McCrae Dowless, according to the affidavits compiled by Democratic Party attorney John Wallace.
