Apple touts smartwatch heart health technology, but warns it’s not intended for users with heart conditions

The company’s latest series smartwatch was cheered as a wearable EKG and with a heart sensor that was designed, in part, to monitor AFib, a heart condition that can lead to stroke. However the app warns that it’s for users with no prior history of the condition and is not accurate enough to detect heart attack or stroke.
