Ousted CBS Chief Les Moonves won’t get $120M payout

The Hollywood titan will instead get nothing, the CBS board of directors said in a statement, after determining that “there are ground to terminate for cause, including his willful and material misfeasance, violation of Company policies… as well as his willful failure to cooperate fully with the Company’s investigation.”
