Manchin calls for Trump to be censured: 'His behavior cannot go unchecked by the Senate'

Senator Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., admitted that he is still "undecided" on whether President Donald Trump committed impeachable offenses, but asked his fellow senators to consider censuring the president for his "unacceptable behavior."
