Rush Limbaugh awarded Medal of Freedom in surprise presentation at State of the Union

President Trump awarded conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh the Medal of Freedom during a surprise presentation at the State of the Union address. Limbaugh announced earlier in the week he is battling advanced lung cancer.
