Tech industry fuels reverse migration for black Americans (Part 1)

Crime, broken neighborhoods and failing schools in the northern U.S. have sparked what experts call the great migration in reverse: black Americans moving to the South in increasing numbers. NBC's Rehema Ellis reports from Atlanta and meets a CEO who decided to leave Silicon Valley to grow his company in the same region where his ancestors built their families.
