Texans punt again

After C.J. Stroud was sacked on second down, he was pressured on 3rd-and-16 and forced to throw well short of the sticks. The Texans punted for the fifth time as their offense continues to struggle.

The Ravens take over on their own 33 leading 24-2.

Touchdown, Ravens!

Wow!

Two plays after Kyle Hamilton’s interception, the Ravens are in the end zone. Lamar Jackson took a designed run 49 yards to the house for a score. Jackson now has 73 yards rushing on only two carries.

Baltimore leads 24-2.

C.J. Stroud is picked off!

The Texans’ first drive of the second half ends in disaster. On 3rd-and-3, C.J. Stroud threw into double coverage and was intercepted by Kyle Hamilton.

The Ravens will now take over on the Houston 39 with a 17-2 lead.

Unfortunately the second half is underway

I’m not sure how the Ravens and Texans will follow up that Beyoncé performance, but they have no choice with the third quarter underway.

C.J. Stroud and Houston are on the field first trailing 17-2.

Beyoncé opens by singing on horseback, joined by Shaboozey and Post Malone

Beyoncé opened the show by entering NRG Stadium on horseback singing "16 Carriages," dressed in all white with a "Cowboy Carter" sash.

She dismounted in the tunnels of the stadium as she transitioned into her cover of The Beatles' "Blackbird," which was also featured on the album. On the field, she changed outfits and upped the tempo with "Ya-Ya."

The stage set up was surrounded by performers in all white cowboy hats, chaps, boots and "Cowboy Carter" sashes.

Shaboozey and Post Malone made appearances to sing their collaborations with her from the album, "Sweet Honey Buckin" and "Levii's Jeans."

Beyoncé ended the show dancing side-by-side with 12-year-old daughter Blue Ivy as she performed her hit single "Texas Hold 'Em."

Halftime: Ravens 17, Texans 2

The Ravens dominated the first half, taking a 17-2 lead into the break.

After Baltimore ran all over the Texans in the first quarter, Lamar Jackson made some big plays in the second.

Houston’s only score came via safety as C.J. Stroud has struggled.

And now it’s time for Beyoncé!

Ravens can’t score before halftime

The Ravens couldn’t get over midfield on their final drive before halftime, as Lamar Jackson threw incomplete on 3rd-and-10 from his own 48.

Baltimore punted, and the Texans have 21 seconds and three timeouts to maybe try something crazy.
