Michael Schumacher Shows 'Slight Improvement'

<p>Doctors treating retired race car driver Michael Schumacher were more optimistic in this morning's medical bulletin. Formula One's greatest champion is still in a critical condition they say, but a second surgery on his brain has led to a slight improvement. ITN’s Charlotte Grant reports.</p>
