Elena Karabatos is a partner at the matrimonial boutique Schlissel Ostrow Karabatos, PLLC, among the most highly regarded firms in the New York metropolitan area. She is President of the New York Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is a member of the Attorney for the Child Advisory Committee for the 10th Judicial District and a member of the Matrimonial Practice Advisory and Rules Committee for the New York State Office of Court Administration. She has regularly been selected to both Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers.
Elena is the treasurer and a member of the executive committee of the Nassau County Bar Association (NCBA). She was chair of the NCBA’s Matrimonial Law Committee (2009-2011) for which she received the 2010-2011 NCBA Director’s Award for outstanding Service as Chair.
